COMMANDER SAILING SAN PAOLO
Michele Acone
Michele - Offshore Yachtmaster - is a very experienced and passionate skipper with a vast knowledge of the sea and its facets. He will accompany you throughout the tours, enriching the voyage with local stories and legends with trivia about the history of the island of Tavolara that you won't find anywhere else.
Michele will be happy to share with you his sailing secrets and the history of the boats he has known and driven since childhood. During the activities he will also tell you about his experience in selecting the best local food and products to delight your palate and make the experience even more unforgettable.
History
The Sailing San Paolo business was born in 2018 from the passion of its owner Michele Acone. Ever since he was a child, he has been sailing aboard the "St Paul 1977". He decides in 2017 to carry out a total restoration and put it to commercial use. In 2018, the sailing vessel 'Armanda Madre' joins the family.
The mission of Sailing San Paolo is to take you to a world of emotions made up of the colours of our sea, the warmth of our sun, the refreshing breeze of our bays, the fragrance of our aromatic plants.
The skippers who will accompany you are licensed, experienced vintage boat drivers and profound connoisseurs of the area and its history.
